On this day, in the meeting session of Fergas International focused on personal development, and with the presence of a large part of FICS team, important topics focused on personal development and workplace manners and formalities were discussed.

Creating a superior work culture and administrative communications improvement is one of FCIS team goals in this meeting.

As Jim Rohn said, as long as you don’t change yourself, you’ll always remain the same you used to be, and by changing yourself you can also change your situation.

In this meeting session, FCIS team decided to correct and optimize its perspective and culture by focusing on “the person we desire to become” and not the thought “how much this deal will profit me”.

We all must learn in life to have an equal focus on “what we want of life” and “how to earn it”.
